Antibieberism

im sorry but since when was justin bieber a god?

i like his music, but this is whoa! girls lining up outside ever since 9 last night, some riding public transport at 3am to get to circular quay. then when police themselves labelled it ridiculous and cancelled the show, the thousand or so flocked to martin place, some crying, suffering all sorts of things which required ambulances and medical staff to tend to. watching him through a glass panel as he performed inside brekky central on sunrise, all jumping up and down and up and down and up and down!? like i said on my twitter, if you want something amazing through a glass, please, just line up outside my shower! i sing in the shower all the time.

i know to every craze, there are haters. for this matter, i am on neither side. i listen to his music, as mentioned above, i dont think hes a girl. i dont think hes a douche. just seriously. things need to calm down, people, people, calm down, breathe breathe, cos seriously, that girl that had to be rolled away in an ambulance, suffering some sort of lung problem.

cant wait till sophia's party tonight! all planning will finally pay off, girls haha! all boys are just probably.. playing dota. sitting on a boys table will just mean missing out on luvo moments, aaaw. ok im bringing my camera, taking at least a photo with everyone (from hurlstone)! sefton people might think im a bit loopy if i start going, "photo? -grin-"

Lest We Forget

they shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old. age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

to be honest, it was not until last year where the whole concept of world war i really did hit me. taking an extremely closer look at trench warfare, weaponry, conditions our soldiers had to endure which was all tied together with a viewing of the movie gallipoli really consumed me emotionally.

i know this will sound very selfish and ignorant, but even with the many speeches and talks ive heard about the hardship our men faced, i didnt really connect, until last year. i did bow my head during the one minute silence, i did repeat 'lest we forget' but i think my actions were done without appropriate knowledge of what i was actually remembering, mourning and celebrating. considering my strong pride and patriotism to anything i am a part of, it completed me to finally be able to understand the anzac legend. i am not blogging this as a formality. the knowledge i acquired last year, and especially that movie affected me and evoked emotions in me that i cannot even describe.

the phrase 'ultimate sacrifice' comes up a lot when talking about the diggers, and really, it was truly the ultimate sacrifice to put their life on the line, to fulfill their duty as an australian, to do what their nation needed them to do. men with lives ahead of them, with a family, with a future, with skills, with talents, some not even past their twenties, accepting that this could all be lost, but accepting it well, seeing that serving their country was worth it. these men, were truly heroes.

and we will remember them.

The Weakends

happy birthday to vivian for yesterday! sorry it had to be a belated mention since i didnt blog. see, i texted you at exactly 12, thats how much i love my bibiano. like i said, thank you for everything ever since year 9, and how we survived the killer food poisoning epidemic together! epidemic in this case being a word that means making four people its victims. sorry but my present is going to be late too, once i get money again after spending my cash on sophiea's party!

speaking of soph's party, cant wait! liza, danica, yvy trying on their dresses in the school change rooms hahah. nobody knows what my dress looks like except for liza, and vanessa if she comes over in time on monday from her gdpt camp D: before anzac ceremony yesterday, julia and i were discussing our noob skills at applying make up. so yeah, dont think we're gonna wear any.. maybe just eyeliner. no foundation or lippy. then she pulls out these false eyelashes from under her jumper sleeve, ninja or what?! then she convinced me to wear some. but i dont know if i should. what if i look more like wendzilla (ie scarily ugly) rather than a bit more pleasing to the eye? :L oh and i need a buddy to rock the karaoke stage with. cos my interpretive dance partner and ex back up singer alvin is not there. hahah. aw, me and him would've owned 'knock you down' :p

that's wasabi kit kat up there that grace brought back up japan. i forgot who's that standing behind it LOL. quick snap, dont think she knew it was a photo moment :L but i didnt dare try it because the last three times in my life that i had wasabi, i told myself to walk towards the light, walk towards the light because it was so unbearable :(

swans v eagles: cheer cheer the red and the white!

got 55/55 for truong exam. what. the. hell. seriously, i swear to cheesecake that i got one wrong! im pretty certain i mixed up these ≤ < signs, so i should've only gotten 54 at most. oh well, that means i drop to 6th place, with vincent still in 7th :p but yeah, even just having my name on first spot on that piece of paper was amazing, ive never had that feeling before, im such a sad person. yay, anyway! moved classrooms for truong. it feels so weird. the classroom is freaking huge. and it just. it's weird. weird, i tells you!

Party talk

edit happy birthday to sophiea and aldrich! people brought cake and chips and lollies, a smaller celebration than it wouldve been since sophia's holding a pretty extravagant celebration on monday night, cant wait! so much talk about dresses and heels and shoes. (every girl's worry for any event in my opinion.) angela brought dresses for jacquie, yvy, danica and liza? all the dresses they chose matched them, i think danica's one shoulder one really suits her, jacquie's white one suits her, and im not sure which yvy and liz chose :D its hilarious how andy (aka le puby) is seated between angela and myself. he wasnt too happy hearing about this, but hey, we're beautiful, cool.. wait, ill be the cool one, and angela can be the hot one. yeah! stupid andy.

my mum bought me new japanese bed sheets!

which reminds me. we all know andy's known for his curly wurly hair, right? today, alan called me from the back of the classroom, so i turned around, as he confronts me with his laptop screen. he asks, "guess what this is a picture of!" but it puzzles me, because all i see is a black screen. "its all black..?" "exactly!" alan replies. then it hit me. it was a 500% zoom up of andy's hair LOLOL!

tomorrow vivian's 15th birthday
sunday granduncle and grandauntie's 35th wedding anniversary
monday public holiday, parramatta, sophia's birthday party
tuesday japanese excursion
wednesday english assignment due
friday geography assignment due, kearney's party

but tuesday, my class is doing preg testing and (maybe) there's a creating connection's bbq for leaders and year 7s! i dont wanna miss out, why is stupid japanese excursion on the most inconvenient day. ive also realised that being committed to the scram and debating team means a lot of recess and lunchtimes wasted. i know, im slow to realise. and the second round of scram is due may 10th, and this time im playing a character. i think im going to play kim. time to be bias with consent yayerrrrr :D

belated thank you to angela for the silk blue gold coin purse from china and grace for the korean boy key chain! thank you eric for the blue nebula like swirly pattern earrings that i wanted from forever new (the picture above reminds me of them)! christie (my secret lover) says you have taste ;)

anybody still interested in puppies? click previous posts for pictures/details!

Mad?

now this is the point.
you fancy me mad.
madmen know nothing.

Term 2 begins

hbd anh and bhavana! how did everybody's first day go! (i found out mr kearney is leaving at the end of this week? i nearly cried! what a traitor. and he still owes me chocolate. oh no, he aint getting away that easily. but really. i dont want him to leave! *cries)

edit 9:08pm just remembered frankie's on sale tomorrow!

at least i managed to sleep before 2am, yayerrrrrr! achievement right there. i hope i can train my body back into routine again with half yearlies and so many assignments coming up. next stress stop: english video assignment. being capped does not help one single bit with the whole assignment revolved around collecting photos from the internet. can someone help? :(

the new lockers look kinda funky. plastic. but still. new > old lockers anyday.

sophia's birthday party! full formal at a seafood restaurant, how exciting does that sound. but dont think i can afford it which immediately means not being able to go :'( well. you know what. not like id look good anyway. yeah. thats how i cheer myself up, "wendy, just stay home and look ugly at home, dont embarrass yourself in public." wow arent i just lovely. to myself. [/sarcasm]

in english, read edgar allan poe's the tell-tale heart. seriously. in. love. with that short story. no joke, i texted someone saying i had an english orgasm rofl. the irony about the main character thinking the old man was crazy, and deciding to kill him, but not seeing that he is a weirdo himself. now thats interesting to read. i have a thing for sociopaths, texts that show the psychological workings of a character. obviously i get scared out of my skin and wont be able to sleep for a few nights, but its worth it. i love it when teachers choose good texts for you to study e.g. to kill a mockingbird, 12 angry men, whose life is it anyway? instead of crap like shane. puh-lease. (for the rest of the lesson, me and vivian suspected michelle of malicious intentions. we stared at home and she didnt blink for the whole lesson. whatta creep.) see that was an example of the irony used in the tell-tale heart :L

after school, stayed back for the scram competition (schools conflict resolution and mediation) run by the law society of nsw. being reserve for round one was fun, allowed us to get familiar with the whole process. the lawyer that judged our mediation was really nice and had a nice sense of humour. we werent supposed to see our marks, but it caught my eye on his book by accident, of course: 143/190 :D and considering the suggested "good" mark is around 105-130, i think thats pretty good for our first go ever, go team! yeah, it was worth staying at glenfield till 5:30pm, and kabir basically sacrificed himself, getting off at cabramatta in the dark like this. poor boy. i warned him. if he gets raped, he cant blame me.

you are my idea of perfect

Hello Term 2

school tomorrow, fellow pocky sticks.

term 2 means winter uniform, half yearly exams and more assignments. today and yesterday were spent in complete agony. unfinished assignments whilst capped. i know, i brought it upon myself, but i cant help it if im a victim of procrastination. sorry to nicholas who was so eager to go out today, and to catboy who wanted to see me. i am a terrible person, i know.

why do printers always die on the night before your assignments are due? i spent one hour fixing the damn thing. realised my sister plugged the usb cord into the lan port hole, so fixed that, then about 9 printing jobs started rushing out, i had to press cancel a zillion times as they were all of the same document. then i go to print my history assignment, and it says "printing" but nothing comes out. so i wait. and wait. and it still says "printing". but nothing comes out. why arent you printing! but you say you're printing! hoe. (christie's vocabulary is influencing me.) oh well. if mr kearney wont accept "my dog ate it" i'll have to go to the school library and print for $1 a page. cos i like assignments in colour. even though its just the title and the footers. wooo for colour. woo. (ocd victims unite!)

p.s. i woke up at 1pm today. have to wake up at 7am tomorrow. pray for me.
p.s.s. http://twitter.com/wendzilla keep me company cos i know i wont sleep till 1am tonight rofl :p
p.s.s.s. information on puppies in previous posts! :)

WE: 5

the restrictions intact and in place, in any situation, can only limit so much. like so many times ive heard before, they can put bars around you, but they cant lock up the creative flow of your mind, the revolving cogs that allow the expansion of ideas, the feelings and emotions simmering within. due to age, physical restrictions have surely confined, but it has been through a mobile phone, that has made me melt to my core, probably infinite times. well, you know, whoever thought there'd be someone there on the phone, happily and willingly ready to tell me bedtime story after bedtime story, in the most sweetest and comforting voice, till i fell asleep?

Puppies information

yes, there is a price on the puppies now. my mum advertised them for $100, but im selling them for $90. they are chihuahua x fox terrier x maltese!

basically, my mum advertised the puppies in the paper without me knowing, which kinda made me rather nostril-flared and fire-breathing.

ive since thought of the perfect revenge plan. when i have kids, im going to advertise them in the paper. put them up for adoption (nicholas, i dont care if its illegal). and invite my mum over to my house for the day, then have someone come over, fake adopt them, take them away for a couple of hours. just to scare the daylight out of her. then have them come back. for fun, yknow. our mother-daughter relationship lacks that joker quality anyway. and someone asked for photos since the video wasnt clear enough? there they are! (if you want to see the video, click here, or view the post before this!)

if you do decide to become the owner of one, pick up is in two-three weeks as the puppies are still dependent on the mother's milk! please contact me if you're still interested/want to arrange a date to even just take a look :)

nb the brown and white one is sold. yes i know, i actually had tears in my eyes, i dont want to part with them!

Nocturnalism

i couldnt sleep till 4am. woke at 11am. fell asleep again at 3pm. this is not good, people, this is more than a body clock malfunction because of the holidays. it is nocturnalism!

yesterday, installed a "older posts/newer posts" button at the bottom. this is mainly because when people click on archives, some of the posts from each month are missing, due to blogger restricting the number of posts shown or something? don't ask me, i suck at computers. anybody know how to control the number of posts shown when "older posts" is clicked? id much rather one post shown, than twenty! so till then, if you guys just want to view one post when you click "older posts": click on the time stamp before the title, and then click older posts. :)

does anybody want a puppy? giving them away, cant keep 5 dogs! my cousins might take them, so in a way, "subject to availability" rofl. they are so cute. two girls, and a boy, one girl has long fur like chichi the mother, whilst the other two are more like the father, cookie. one of the boy puppies are really playful, and one is really calm, take a look :) p.s. i had mr bean on as i was watching it before rofl, so dont think i added classical music in attempt to entice you to adopt a puppy lol!

날 따라 해봐요

didnt sleep till the wee hours in the morning. that should teach me to have caffeine right before bed. nestlé's coffee mate coffee whitener is the best though. makes my tea tastes so much better :D i think ill have some again tonight. so obviously i havent learnt my lesson. i'm seriously going nocturnal. in a few days you'll see me with a big bushy tail and beady eyes, rummaging through your trash cans at night.

went to the library today to do some productive studying with michelle! yes, that's right, we did work during the holidays, ya-huh! finished the geography school certificate compulsory practise booklet that is meant to be handed in, and i finished my maths assignment (finally). we had sushi for lunch, and me and michi found a korean store in that gloria jeans building. not that it was that great, nor could we afford anything at all rofl. still have to finish commerce and start history. hopefully i will advance further than opening microsoft word and leaving it there in the task bar for the rest of the night as i twitter and tumblr away. someone saaaaaaave me. or just bring me a jumper. it has been surprisingly cold the past couple of nights.

i need more rock music. rnb is infecting my library, it is taking over, it's slowly reaching over 60% now! oh troi oi. me and nicholas had a conversation about this the other day actually. rnb's just really catchy. the lyrics of most rnb tracks are cliche and usually just revolves around 'shorties' and sex. and baby. seriously, how can one have an artist like.. oasis and justin bieber in the same library?! wow. my music taste is seriously whack.

Photobucket

let's have a friends marathon at my place. i have the whole show on dvd, we can sleepover and everything, yeah? yeah. and we'll stay up with huge coffee mugs in our hands. for fans of friends already, look at what i found! remember this, season 4? yes i know im not a guy, but i'll wear that shirt everywhere! honest!

(Half of a) Reunion!
Photobucket

edit 10:42pm i want this bag at sportsgirl so badly. its not on the website though. if youve been to sportsgirl lately you would've seen it. the one with the stud twisty thingy as the lock, and black, and gold metal detail? arrrrrgh! i feel so incomplete. :S

people who have nothing to do and hence reading my blog: watch these two from the melbourne international comedy festival! i just love it. especially because i read about josh earl and him talking about the woman's weekly cookbook in frankie! josh earl and david o'doherty. my two favourites from this year's! i dont wanna quote anything, dont wanna spoil it :p

so lawrence xu (aka the iron man, as he dubs himself) decided to organise a reunion for smithfield oc class of 2006. but failed, miserably, and the outing turned out with 6 people only. next time you want something organised, leave it to the girls, loz :p (ill skip all the boring details in attempt to make this blog just a bit more worthwhile reading. oh and im going to sound like a bimbo, excuse that too.)

first thing we did when we got to liverpool was enter the food court, because someone cough lawrence was complaining about being hungry. that kid just never shuts up, i dont see what half the year 7 population sees in him lol. just kidding, loz, you're alright :p i got myself a half frozen coke half frozen raspberry, but the stupid frozen coke died. had to settle with just one colour, hmph. lawrence got a happy meal and chucked out his toy, what the hell? who does that?! surely, that's a crime of some degree. this was where we bumped into patrick! and that was basically it. our reunion: lawrence margaret liza chris patrick and myself. see lawrence, see what happens when we let you be in charge!

we dragged the guys into clothing stores but they never last over a minute. i death stared patrick, and he still flinches and does the 'scared' face like he did in year 6! oh the memories. so after a few stores, they suggest a movie, but being the asian bargain hunters margaret and i are, we do not second the motion! we tried to persuade the boys to shout us, yknow, 3 boys and 3 girls, each shout us a ticket, but no, none of them wanted to be men and step up. so we didnt watch with them, we let them go watch a movie alone, together, three guys. in other words, we gave them the liberty to be seen as a homosexual threesome for two hours. (i hope i didnt offence anyone, i just like teasing lawrence!)

liza had to leave at 3:30 (after she made a great purchase though, an "i ♥ moustache" singlet!) so me and margaret ended up shopping a fair bit more alone. then lawrence called, and said "we're at target, come!" so margaret and i had to abandon our shopping plans and run to target. we wonder around, screaming out LAURAYJAY! LAURAYJAY! but no reply. had to waste more credit calling them, to find out they're at cotton on. "we're in the change rooms, come!" we? change rooms? ooh la la, i thought that was only a girl thing! chris and lawrence bought shirts, and apparently chris made an extreme :O:O:O:O:O:O face when the shopkeeper said his shirt was only $5. and we cracked up for the rest of the afternoon about that, because chris was nice enough to reenact the scene. it was really nice catching up, and next holidays, it'll be on a day where the whole oc smithfield class of 2006 can attend, with details actually official and solid :p -stares at loz-

you're so cute, dont even have to say a word

Underland

"I've been investigating things that begin with the letter 'M'.
Moron. Mutiny. Murder. Mm... malith."

went to parramatta today and watched alice in wonderland. i think it has a possibility of becoming my favourite movie. (truth is i havent read alice in wonderland thoroughly, i only know the basic storyline, and i havent watched the cartoon disney rendition of it. so i dont know if its that accurate for me to say that this movie was quite fucking awesome, because i have no other alice in wonderland to compare it with. but i will say it.) this movie was quite fucking awesome.

the portrayal of the characters was very entertaining. no one could've depicted the mad hatter better than johnny depp did. (i feel like making my 16th birthday themed "the mad hatters tea party" now instead of masquerade. have a loooong table, with fine china and biscuits, lace and vases.) the red queen always cracked me up: it wasnt only her exaggerated bulbous head, it was the way she spoke, her facial expressions, go helena bonham carter. i do feel alice could've been a bit better. of course i always threw a little party when the white queen made her appearance because i think anne hathaway is simply great. and i loved how the cheshire cat swirled and whooshed away everytime.

i dont care what the critics or anyone else says. they should stop battering tim burton for "ruining fairytales". do critics ever give good reviews? i strongly give burton's alice in wonderland 4/5!

someone tried on skinnies and a cardigan today! stupid shop keeper girl was annoying lol, i really hate those who pour endless opinions out to you and say everything you wear looks good just so you'll buy it? like, keeeep away, people are self conscious here. esp this someone who was trying it on for the first time! (nah, he knew he looked good :P) i want those gemstone shaped nebula patterned earrings from forever new. regret not buying them. but $10, thats half an hour's pay for me! and i shouted someone lunch and they are drowning themselves in guilt. catboy, what a cutie :)

Food poisoned

food poisoning is still taking its toll. vomitting urges, continuous stomach cramps. and then there's the headache. that is fine, until i get up and walk, and every step i take allows me to feel my head throb. throb. throb. it's like, a silent headache, a sly and cunning one. oh im here but i wont let you feel that im here. ..gtfo, headache!

despite my sickness, my dad drags me up to dfo. i was totally raging in the car. silently. cos im a good asian girl.

it did somewhat take my mind off it, i guess. the walking was kinda uncomfortable. and agro shoppers like always. there's just this atmosphere about dfo that doesnt make for comfortable shopping like parramatta or liverpool gives me, really.

hunt for a decent agreeable pair of ankle boots continued. and i found them at table eight! they looked something like this but with the studdy thingies all around the top bit. and my mum goes, "theyre too high! your feet will hurt!" but mummmmmmmmmmmmmmm, didnt you know how much it meant to me. i tried them on, walked around the shoe section for twenty minutes before i had to put them back in the box and let them resume their prior position. on the stupid shelf. waiting for someone else to adopt them and give them a nice home. and yknow, i could just feel them staring at me, saying "wendy wendy buy me buy me, bring me home, rescue me from stinky feet." so sad. i miss those boots so so so so so much.

oroton was having a 50% off everything sale, my god, i fell in love. again. like i always do when i go into oroton. fell in love with three, bought none. because i already have too many oroton wallets, clutches and umbrellas. girls who are reading, take a look at this though. just has this sort of sophistication to it. not worth the price though. jeanswest had a massive sale too, 50% off already reduced merchandise. i didnt realise, because they didnt have the sign up advertising it or anything, at the checkout, the man's like "$17". wow he miscalculated $13. no, you idiot, there's a sale going on.

bamboofield at dfo in the food court makes the best honey soy chicken and salt and pepper squid and vegetarian noodle. i snuck some, cos im not suppposed to eat stuff like that due to my food poisoning. i regret it now. stomach hurts. no, alan, i dont need to go to the toilet. (thats the only advice he ever gives me when i complain. he never considers the phenomenon of "time of the month" whereas some people cough alvin chung cough thinks its my time of the month every day of the month. i dont have thirty uteruses. or is it uteri? why am i contemplating the plural form of sexual organs?)

people who read my twitter, good on you, here's the piano version of the song i was talking about (much better than the guitar version, in my opiniononononon. dw e, still reminds me of the same person :P)

edit 12:05am watching 7pm project paid off tonight, learnt about the barrier reef oil spill and the andrew bogut accident. seriously has changed my views about basketball. foreverrrrrrrrrr. nah kidding :L

Easter

(jess t www.jesslovesfred.com i remember having a talk about her with my group. we're not stalkers, just love her fashion taste and seriously surprised that shes a sefton girl.) so where have i been? easter celebrations!

saturday was spent mostly in bed though, trying to get my face up to scratch for the performance later in the evening, trying to wear off the high temperature i had and trying to calm down my sickeningly aching body. and i have now been informed of why. my thuan gave us food poisoning. sons of bitches! i went online for the first time in a few days today, and christie sends me a message, "food poisoning?!" and then she informs me michi and vivian are also showing the symptons that i have been having: high temperature, sore throat, stomach aches. TROI OI! i didnt pay $4 to become sick. stupid ice cream that tasted somewhat like fish. i would like to quote christie: dirty dirty hoe! man, no one ever go to my thuan. and please read christies blog here :D it completes this rant.

so i think you've realised, im sick.

today, went out to one of the parks along georges river for church as well. had the service and everything, then bbq. what i really dont like is having all my clothes smell of smoke. and i got attacked by giant giant giant giant ants! i accidentally stepped onto an ant hill, without realising. walked around, suddenly felt a bite on my thigh, killed that ant, then looked down to see my shoes literally covered in these massive ant like things. i go crazy, scream, stamp on my feet, kick my shoes off. it really did feel like war of the worlds. (that was a good movie!)

so many assignments to finish! History: Vietnam War, Commerce: Changing Laws, Maths: HSC Geometry, English: short story, recording, Geography: Coastal Management. daylight saving was a bit confusing, yknow. and im too lazy to change the clocks in my rooooom. i didnt know if it was forwards or backwards. luckily, my trust e71 changed automatically and yeah, you go glen coco e71!

eric listens to gabe bondoc. eric listens to gabe bondoc when he's in bed. gabe bondoc music satisifies eric. ∴ gabe bondoc satisifies eric in bed.

Holidays, baby!

hooooooolidays! well about time, too. my group's been counting down since. "53 days till end of term 1!" finally! winter uniform for the next 20 weeks of school. then term 4, and goodbye junior uniform, hello to senior! blue dresses, skirts and blouses without ties, yay :D time to revisit and use my vcr and watch disney movies, as the above picture suggests. i just love the seven dwarves. have i ever mentioned that i played snow white in a school play?

april fools' was kinda, fool-less.

not much to say about today, last day of term, and teachers chose to do nothing, or in some cases, were persuaded into letting us do nothing. it is pretty fair to say that mr watts has given up on us.. not that he ever really cared anyway, right? hes so apathetic, it hurts me! and in the rare occasions where he smiles, it lasts for two seconds.

my whole left arm is aching.

after school, me michi vivi and twistie christie went to eat fried ice cream to celebrate! all the way up to my thuan. they didnt serve us for like, five minutes! michi was like, "jees so racist". well we did look like the kind of children that would go sit in a restaurant, just to rest and enjoy the air con, then get up and walk out right? no! michi was being health conscious like always, wouldnt even drink the free iced tea they gave us cos it apparently reminded her of vietnam. we finally got our ice cream, and we could taste fish on it. somehow. we concluded that they must've used the same oil to cook fish and our ice cream in, and michi vows to never come here again. the end!

you make my chest pump, no cpr
i play it all back, no dvr
